Chris has over 25 years of investment and advisory experience coupled with significant relationships across Asia. Prior to establishing Sprint Capital, Chris was Managing Director and co-head of Asia Pacific Industrials Group for Citigroup in Hong Kong. Before which he spent 13 years with Credit Suisse in London and Singapore.
Chris has originated and advised on a large number of M&A, High Yield, Equity Capital Markets, and principal investment transactions across Asia. His experience has included many deals in the consumer, energy, resources and broader industrials sectors.
Chris holds a Business Law Degree LLB (Honors) and an MBA from Bradford Business School.

XJ has over 22 years of experience investing in the energy and healthcare sectors, and often works alongside Chinese SOE’s. XJ worked previously with Debt Financing and Investment Co., Ltd., an advisory firm which he founded in 1998 to provide debt fund raising advisory for transactions in the energy, pharmaceutical, and real estate sectors. Prior to that, XJ spent 10 years with SinoChem as an oil and chemical products trader.
XJ holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in International Trade from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.

Jacqueline is an experienced corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience in London and Hong Kong focusing on corporate finance, cross-border M&A, equity capital market and private equity transactions. Jacqueline started her career as a lawyer with Allen & Overy in London and later became a Partner with Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in Hong Kong, advising on a number of landmark transactions.
Jacqueline received her LL.B.(Hons) and Master Degree in Law from the University of Bristol. She is barrister of England and Wales and member of the Middle Temple. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
